Every Organic Swing is handcrafted in the USA and ships in 1-2 business days.

Shipping is 100% free in the continental United States ($200 value) with a typical delivery time of 3-7 days.

We  offer shipping to Canada for $149 per swing with transit times ranging from 7-21 days. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for $199 per swing with a typical transit time of 7-14 days.

Orders are shipped via Fedex and the swing will arrive in one flat-packed box weighing ~45 lbs. Please lift with a partner as needed.

International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country for importing the Organic Swing. These costs are not included in any purchase made on OrganicSwings.com and must be covered by the buyer.

Order Changes/Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately at support@organicswings.com with information on the change. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, at which point our normal return policy  will apply. Our return policy also applies if you refuse delivery, since FedEx will bring the box back to us and charge us the return shipping cost.

Return Policy

Our money-back guarantee gives you 60 days to decide whether the Organic Swing is everything you hoped for. If for some reason it’s not working out, you can return it for a full refund. Here’s how that works:

Email us within 60 days of receiving your order. We will then help schedule a FedEx pickup of your boxes. You’ll need to securely pack the swing in the original packaging. Don’t throw the boxes away until you’re sure the Organic Swing is right for you. The swing will need to be in the same condition in which you received it. For example, we can't take back a swing that’s been damaged or modified after delivery. We will refund you the full purchase price of your swing, less the cost of the return shipping labels (which is $100).

And remember, if you have any issues whatsoever with  your swing, even if you’re not sure you want to return it, please get in touch with us personally. We  want you and every other Organic Swings customer to have the best possible experience with us.

For customers outside the continental U.S.A., the original shipping and handling paid isn’t refundable.

Lifetime Warranty

Our swing is so high-quality that we can confidently offer a Lifetime Warranty on all components. If any part of your swing breaks during normal use, we’ll replace the broken pieces at our cost, including free shipping. Of course, this only covers problems during what would be considered normal use of the swing, not cases where the damage is caused by things like abuse, improper assembly, modifications to the structure, or weathering resulting from improper application of mineral oil treatment.

The wood used in our swings is sustainably grown and harvested. And to give back, we plant ten new trees for every swing we sell.​
